Before and After School Club

Rushton CE First School runs a wraparound provision for pupils who attend the school and nursery.

We offer a friendly fun, happy and safe environment for children to play, learn and explore their imagination.

The club opening times and prices are as below:

Before School Club

Mon – Fri     8.00-8.30am

After school Club

Mon – Thursday 3.10-5.10

Friday – 3.10-4.10

£4.50 per hour

The after school club offers a range of activities and children are actively encouraged to play outdoors and use their imaginations exploring the outdoor space in the forest school area.

Sessions are ‘child led’ with a wide range of toys such as colouring, chalking, crafting, board games, Lego and outdoor scooters & trikes. We also offer themed sessions on certain days such as multi-sports, yoga, cookery, singing, and film club which are thoroughly enjoyed by the children.

The club is available to book via the Arbor App or on the Arbor Parent Portal. Sessions can be booked in advance, and up to 30minutes prior to the club starting.

The school is signed up to the Childcare Choices Scheme, which gives parents 20% towards childcare costs. If you would like to know more about this scheme, and to check eligibility, please click on Childcare Choices | 30 Hours Free Childcare, Tax-Free Childcare and More | Help with Costs | GOV.UK
